Its an okay review at best, has a lot of useful info. But does not prepare you fully in order to take the boards

This book was really helpful but my pathology exam had a lot of stuff not mentioned in this book.
First of all the book smells funny. Yes, I said it. It has a distinct smell. More importantly like an earlier review the book doesn't have any diagrams which is disappointing
Great Book Dr Larose does a great job and works very well in conjunction with isuperlearn audio series. its like reading along
Where did all the diagrams and drawings go.
I have a copy of the 4th edition on loan from the library and really liked it mainly because of all the diagrams right in the text that helped cement the information. I ordered a copy so that I can write and draw in it but when it arrived there were no more pictures!
This is annoying because the main reason I bought the book was for the diagrams.
